Description:
In 2021, Braskem America plans to grow its exports from 15 MM lbs/y of polypropylene (PP) in 2020 to 300 MM lbs/y. In preparation, we have executed as series of process and IT system improvements to automate and standardize export processes.
The Export Operations Leader role is required to build on these improvements and provide day-to-day oversight and management of the export planning and operations and be a central focal point for coordinating US export operations. Additionally, this role will coordinate export planning with the supply chain organization in Brazil to effectively support two export supply regions, as well has continue to execute future improvements to further streamline the operations The successful candidate will work to develop and enhance export processes, eliminate bottlenecks, improve overall export service levels, and unlock additional savings using a global mindset.
