The Executive Director of the Center for Infection Prevention & Control Research, Practice, & Innovation (CIPCRPI) oversees and directs all of CIPCRPIs operations. As the Executive Director of CIPCRPI, you will build in-house capabilities of staff and contractors to conduct original research and will serve as the chief liaison to the research, practice guidance, and health equity committees. You will serve as a key ambassador for research and practice guidance, engaging in communications and marketing, and taking an active role in the fundraising for CIPCRPIs programs and activities. This position reports to the CEO.

You offer:

• Doctorate degree in a healthcare discipline
• 10 years of broad-based executive management experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of research, not-for-profit business, and financial management
• Experience in hiring, supervising, developing, leading, and retaining staff, as well as engaging and supporting volunteers
• Experience in a health care or public health organization is preferred
