Job Description:

The Enrichment Coordinator supports the KAUST Gifted Student Program (KGSP), a premiere undergraduate scholarship program for students from Saudi Arabia pursuing STEM degrees in the United States. The Enrichment Coordinator, KGSP supports the KGSP Enrichment Manager on projects related to the identification of academic year and summer professional development, research, and internship opportunities for KGSP undergraduate students. This position conducts outreach to institutions and companies that may host KGSP students, and facilitates student enrollment and registration in professional conferences and customized research partnerships. The Enrichment Coordinator, KGSP, assists in the development of professional resources and provides career services via virtual webinars and resume review. This role supports the collation and provides quality assurance review for all enrichment project data provided through program reporting to the sponsor.

The Institute of International Education ("IIE") has a hybrid work environment that allows team members a combination of in-office work and telework at any of the locations listed above.

Essential Functions:
Supports KGSP Enrichment Manager in creation of weekly, monthly, and annual reporting for delivery to sponsor.
Oversees maintenance and distribution of KGSP Enrichment resources on professional and career development and provides feedback on student resume submissions.
Facilitates registration of students for approved professional and academic conferences and workshops.
Conducts outreach to current and potential program partners for the purpose of placing KGSP students in summer research, internship, and entrepreneurship programming.
Assists in the development of content and coordination of research fair for KGSP's annual convocation event.
Creates and distributes annual enrichment evaluations and compiles responses into report for client.
Monitors the KGSP Enrichment inbox and drafts messages, as needed.
Monitors and analyzes Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) based system for accurate reporting and data entry on Enrichment activities and reviews documents in CRM submitted by participants through the Student Portal.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:
Requires a Associate's degree and at least two years of related work experience, or combination education and experience.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work on, manage and prioritize multiple tasks while working in a collaborative environment
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis
Experience with data-base entry systems and ability to locate student and program information.
