POSITION PURPOSE |
With minimal direction, this position will perform leadership work for the Integrated Clinical Services (ICS) and ICS programs. This role will be responsible for providing policy analysis, program analysis, monitoring, evaluation, and coordination with ICS program directors, Leadership Team members, and the general public. This includes operational and administrative policies, federal/state and/or local health policy proposals requiring response from the ICS Director, fiscal/financial Medicaid/Medicare or managed care payment policies, so that ICS program goals and needs are met for Umpqua Health Alliance (UHA) Oregon Health Plan (OHP) enrollees and Medicare members, with the intent of adequately meeting the behavioral health needs of enrolled members. |
