Role Summary

We are seeking a creative and team-oriented individual to coordinate, capture, and edit photo and video content to build upon our growing brand as an employer and monitoring service of choice.

About the Position

• Coordinate and execute in-house photo and video events and projects including shooting, sound design, editing, and file management
• Edit new and existing footage and/or photos into compelling advertisements based on seasonal and promotional campaign needs
• Produce engaging photo and video content for all social media channels
• Work with internal departments and marketing executives on ideas, scripts, and creative treatments
• Collaborate with internal teams to create, produce, and deliver video content in a timely manner
• Route content to business leaders for feedback and ensure requested edits are incorporated
• Manage Rapid Response's video and photo library to maintain a database of reusable images/templates
• Help manage our video pipeline and intake process and triage video/photo requests
• Enforce video style and branding guidelines

About You

• An expert in creating end-to-end video and visual content for storytelling purposes
• Able to work independently to complete tasks while collaborating across groups to drive department goals
• Well versed in the latest video and photo technologies with the desire to make our stakeholders' visions come to life
• Seeking a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• Enthusiastic about sharing work samples on social site and/or a portfolio link

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in film, communications, or a related field
• 4+ years' experience in hands-on video and photo experience for digital and social distribution
• Fluency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects)
• Proficiency in: Adobe Creative Cloud: Premiere, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Photoshop on MS Office or Mac
• Experience in professional camera use
• Experience in recording and editing narration

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic graphic design experience in Adobe Creative Suites: Illustrator & InDesign
• Project Management Experience
• Experience with motion graphics tools

COVID-19 Requirements

• Must be fully vaccinated: 2 doses of Pfizer/Moderna or 1 dose of Johnson & Johnson, 2 weeks prior or more
• Booster shot is required 2 months after Johnson & Johnson or 5 months after second dose of Pfizer/Moderna
