The Deposit Services Specialist I will be assisting with quality and control review for all CIF & Deposit database activity. Other duties would include, document archiving, research, reconcilements, and mailroom processing. The specialist should provide excellent internal and external customer service and supporting all areas of operations while maintaining professionalism and versatility.

Essential Duties and Functions: (include but are not limited to)

  • Assisting with quality and control review of the CIF & Deposit Databases.
  • Works closely with BSA/AML team regarding CIP review.
  • Support document archiving and research
  • Completes mailroom functions and equipment maintenance.
  • Work in a team environment, take initiative, and prioritize tasks with the ability to provide problem prevention and resolutions.
  • Working accurately with close attention to details, displaying good time-management skills.
  • Process and maintain quality control and confidentiality over critical processes and information, multi-task and finish assigned tasks timely and efficiently.
  • Willing to be trained on other Deposit Operations functions such as Wires Processing, ATM/Debit Card Processing and Supporting Online Banking.
  • Adheres to legal and regulatory requirements and responsibilities in relation to payments and other general financial institution regulations.
  • Assists with other department functions and provides back up support as needed.
