Dedicated Service Coordinator - Accounts Payable

Sentry Management, Inc., a leader in the Community Association industry, has a A/P position available at the Corporate Office located in Longwood Florida (outside Orlando).


Looking for an Accounts Payable person to join our corporate support center to work in a fast paced, challenging environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player, have the ability to quickly solve problems, have good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.

Job Duties:

This is a general list and is not intended to be compressive:

  • Support regional offices to ensure vendor payments are made timely
  • Set up and cancel ACH payments
  • Review workflow queues, and resolve issues to move invoices forward for payment
  • Respond to telephone calls and emails timely
  • Maintain templates for recurring payments

Must have:

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Microsoft Suite experience
  • Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Prior Accounts Payable experience is preferred

High school diploma / degree preferred

Pay will depend on experience
