The Data Integration Managers primary role is to work with T1Ds partners centers (clinics, hospitals, medical centers, labs, etc.) and build pipelines that enable the easy transport of data from our partners sites into T1Ds central data repository. The role will report primarily to the Chief Medical Officer with an indirect dotted line reporting to the Director of Population Health.

As a member of the T1D Exchange Quality Improvement and Population Health Team, you will join an innovative team of experts using big data and quality improvement methods to advance diabetes care. Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze internal and external customer data requirements for medical records data exchange
• Work with clinic and hospital staff to assist data onboarding
• Define data transformation requirements
• Test for data compliance and quality assurance
• Complete advance statistical analysis for scientific manuscripts and abstracts
• Assist in the design, modeling, and architecture for Business Intelligence applications
• Closely liaise with International front end and back-end development team
• Perform internal data security audits and testing.
• Meet project deadlines and resolve issues in a timely as they arise

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Data Analysis, Statistics with at least 5 years of experience or Masters Degree with at least 3 years relevant experiences listed below.

• Extract Transform Load processes and tooling
• Experience with Python and Pandas
• Experience with Linux terminal
• SQL query experience
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Amazon Web Services EC2 and S3; R and Jupyter Notebook

• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy
• Self-starter with ability to project manage work

Strongly Preferred:

• Knowledge of hospital EMR systems including but not limited to Epic or Cerner
• Knowledge of health coding standards ICD-10, SNOMED-CT, LOINC, NDC, RxNorm
• Knowledge of OMOP Common Data Model
• Experience with Learning Health Systems data infrastructure.
