Firecode Safety Equipment is one of the largest fire and safety equipment firms in Northern California. We're looking for motivated candidates who prioritize customer service when offering Firecode services.

Qualifications:

  • Problem-solving skills in an up-tempo environment
  • Professional attitude and communications skills
  • Work experience in an intense production or sales environment
  • Comfortable handling large incoming/outgoing call volume

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships.
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts
  • Conduct daily scheduling calls
  • Liaise between the customer and our team of technicians
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; asking questions, and solidifying your understanding of our industry
  • Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
  • Responsible for spending some time on sales to integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
  • Ensure that your customers' invoices are communicated and received in the most effective way
  • Monitor, analyze, and make decisions on customers' usage of our services
