We are seeking an inspiring, enthusiastic leader to join our Customer Care team a full-time basis. Because you will be supervising employees in a variety of locations, this position can be located out of Perham, Melrose, Detroit Lakes, Ada, Pelican Rapids, Walker or Sauk Centre. As a Customer Care Supervisor, you will provide leadership and direction for customer care operations assuring excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.



We prefer that you have:
  • 2-year degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related
  • 4 years experience in a customer care environment particularly a call center
  • 4 years demonstrated successful and effective leadership experience which can be either formal or informal
  • Understanding of call center operations
  • Understanding of excellent customer care concepts
  • Excellent communication and finesse skills including writing, speaking, and listening
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  • Proactive, big picture thinker, solutions provider
  • Ability to work independently and understand the details needed to carry out goals
  • Skilled at prioritizing, organizing, tracking, and follow up with multiple task, projects, and requests
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word and database use
