We're growing significantly next year and need your help to do it. Vetsource is geographically distributed, and we are expanding our teams in Portland, Denver, and Tulsa. You will be spearheading an effort to source talent using an innovative approach to staff teams. This position will be remote to start. You will work closely with various business leaders to help build and execute an innovative hiring program.

Essential Duties:
Full cycle recruitment with a focus on continuous improvement
Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs
Build a hiring brand and drive employer branding activities
Attend career fairs and other hiring related events
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and teams
Track and generate hiring pipeline metrics
Use various platforms to source passive candidates
Experience and Qualifications:
Ability to mentor and provide guidance to more less experienced team members
Exhibit a willingness to consistently take on new challenges
Proven ability to follow through
Must be able to make sound decisions and know when to ask for assistance
Have a genuine passion for people and connecting with others both internally and externally
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen and communicate in a clear, calm, and concise manner
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently
Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude, and work well with others
Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in addition to 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience
Experience partnering with business leaders to assess talent needs and develop strategic sourcing plans
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidate data mining and research skills
