Stockton University has a full-time position open for a Coordinator of Enrollment Technologies. Under the direction of the Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions, the Coordinator of Enrollment Technologies is responsible for technical support and implementation of enrollment technologies; works as a liaison between Enrollment Management and other business units to determine system and technical requirements, works on the planning, documenting, and facilitation of software implementation projects, improve reliability of data, supports enrollment management with functionality of, and reporting from, software systems, including Slate; completes other duties as required.

  • Function as a system administrator for the CRM system and users
  • Implements all system and application updates. Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of Technolutions CRM Slate administrative tasks including creating users, roles, teams, dashboards, reports, rules, tasks and events
  • Trains and educates system users of enrollment management systems including training materials, documentation. Ensure adoption of best practices by existing users as improvements are made and continuously work to establish consistency and efficiency
  • Attends all Enrollment Management events to provide technical assistance and engage prospective students and their families as a representative of the Admissions team
  • Manage updates for an array of admissions applications and act as liaison with the Common Application and graduate admissions CAS (centralized application systems)


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field (Business, Computer Information Systems, Data, Instructional Technology)
  • Experience within a Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
  • 2 -3 years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated evidence of analytical abilities
  • Experience with enrollment information database systems (Slate and Banner preferred), web technologies, electronic data management and predictive modeling
  • Experience managing external vendors
  • Considerable knowledge of programming and programming languages including HTML, JavaScript, and SQL
