Compliance Analyst Responsibilities:

Under direct supervision of the BSA Officer, the Compliance Analyst is responsible for operational support duties in the Compliance Team. This position assists in developing, implementing, and ensuring the overall effectiveness and adherence to Bank compliance programs based on new and existing regulations, changes within the bank and audit or exam findings. This position assists in administering the Banks Third-Party Risk Management Policy & Program; the Record Retention program, Privacy, CRA, and ID Theft Prevention programs. This position involves use of independent judgment as well as responsibility for performing technical duties in fulfilling the above. A two-year degree or equivalent banking experience preferred.
