Increase business through your knowledge and relationships persuading firms to specify the companys product solutions and recommend the companys services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Present relevant workplace concepts in support of suppliers in all McCoy Rockford business segments.
- Be a trusted resource to the real estate community, acting as a consultant to bridge the gap between the real estate community and the McCoy Rockford sales organization
- Develop annual strategic plans for each targeted firm with a schedule of activity that is measurable
- Interface, communicate, grow and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in real estate assigned firms
- Develop and drive new business by tracking specific project opportunities with real estate firms with the use of the CRM
- Develop strategy for winning new business/projects based on the detailed knowledge of the real estate firm involved
- For active projects, collaborate with real estate firm and coordinate all real estate activity with the relevant sales person responsible for the end user
- Maintain real estate library of applications and trend data
- Organize special events for real estate community within budget guidelines
- Collaborate with internal sales team on new projects
- Attend NBD meetings and be an active participant in McCoy Rockford new business efforts

- 1+ year experience in outside sales required
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelors degree in Business or related field from a four-year college or university strongly preferred
- Must have connections within the Austin commercial real estate industry
- Knowledge of MS Office required
OTHER/PREFERRED:- Office space and interior design experience

- Employee continuously sits while working at desk using the computer or talking on the phone as well as when attending meetings. Duration up to 3 hours per day
