The Role

The BPO Senior Analyst will be based in Gurgaon, India and will report directly to the BPO Relationship Sr Director based in EMEA. You will be responsible to support your Manager in tracking all necessary BPO contract deliverables ensuring timelines, completeness and accuracy of the same. On a periodic as well as on an urgent basis you will provide any requested input to Senior Leadership to support Contract Management, changes in the BPO Solution, periodic BPO vendor Performance Reviews, Incident and Risk Management, Financial reviews and BPO vendor invoicing. Responsibilities will require maintenance of the same ensuring easy access for BPO Relationship Director and full data integrity and quality.

To be successful in this role you need to have very strong technical and analytical skills, Project Management acumen and excellent communication skills to senior internal and external stakeholders in a cross-cultural environment. Experience in working in a BPO delivery model is strongly desired, preferably in global FP&A /PMO /CFM roles. The individual will also collaborate with dedicated SPOCs in Procurement, Legal and Global Business Services retained P2P and OTC organization as well as will require to respond in a professional way to BPO vendor directly.

Roles & Responsibilities:

BPO Contract Compliance
  • Build and maintain Contract Deliverables tracker and calendar as per design validated by BPO Relationship Director and Procurement
  • Ensure all periodic and on occurrence deliverables as identified by BPO Relationship Director and Procurement are captured and managed and all have owners defined.
  • Under the supervision of BPO Relationship Director, work closely with Contract Deliverables owners defined, confirm completeness artifacts, prompt for any risks or delays, facilitate driving to closure by parties responsible.
  • Support BPO Vendor Director in moderating periodic reviews of Contract Compliance

BPO Contract Change Requests
  • Build and maintain Change Request tracker as per design validated by BPO Relationship Director and Procurement
  • Ensure all identified solution changes are captured and managed in accordance to each Change Request stage RACI
  • Under the supervision of BPO Relationship Director, work closely with change owners defined, prompt for any risks or delays, facilitate driving to closure by parties responsible.

BPO Financials Compliance
  • Support recurring review of BPO vendor invoicing, compare and match BPO Vendor back-up with Contract expected schedules
  • Maintain financials dispute log between BPO Vendor and Discovery
  • Provide any necessary inputs for BPO Relationship Director, Discovery FP&A and GBS Retained Organization leadership required for tracking program financials as well as any budgeting

BPO Risk, Compliance and Incident Management

  • Partner with BPO Vendor in monitoring that all Incidents are logged, corrected, remediated
  • Support BPO Relationship Director and GBS Retained Organization in monitoring Compliance deliverables calendar, Discovery Onspring tool and tracking of any open mitigation actions

Other responsibilities

  • Supporting Transformation Office, GBS GPOs and other GBS stakeholders when required
  • Support BPO Relationship Director with any ad-hoc requests and reporting
  • Where requested and under the BPO Relationship Director supervision support audit requests
  • Work pattern accommodating US, EMEA, APAC time zones with EMEA being the prime one


  • Bachelors Degree in either of Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Studies
  • 5 years of experience in a Global Organization with SSC or BPO model is a must
  • Very strong technical skills in building data-based trackers using Office and Google suite
  • Project Management and Financial Planning and Analysis experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, experienced presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and strong organizational skills
  • Self-driven resource that is able to provide detailed, simple solutions
