Job Description

Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant for a busy Property Development Company.

This position will be to support the commercial and storage portfolios along with construction division of the company.

Job duties will include, but not be limited to:

Duties

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Construction Job Costing
  • Construction Contracts and Waivers
  • Answering & Routing Phone Calls
  • Greeting Guests
  • Coordinating Meeting Room Schedules
  • Mail and Document Management
  • Insurance Tracking
  • Scheduling Appointments
  • Data Entry

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Associates Degree in Accounting Required
  • Minimum 2 Years Bookkeeping Experience
