What we're looking for in you
  • 5 years of building automation industry experience.
  • 5 years of proficient in selling and marketing goods and services through strategies and tactics.
  • 5 years of proficient understanding of various design concepts.
  • 5 years of proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
  • 10 years of proficient understanding of engineering and technology including principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment.
  • 10 years of customer service experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent years of experience

The purpose of your role as a Lead Controls Account Executive

The Lead Account Executive is responsible for the overall management of the Business Development division of the Controls team. This may include things such as leading implementation of new or revised sales strategies to attain the appropriate product sales mix, grow key revenue elements, and maximize margin and other objectives, as well as participating in leadership team meetings, which include setting future direction for the division, problem solving, and strategic planning. Fosters the desired safety and work culture of the organization.
