what can you expect from our recruitment process?

We generally advertise our jobs throughout the United States, resulting in a variety of talent to consider. Interested candidates apply and share their resume and cover letter through an online portal. Selected candidates will be invited to move to the next phase, which involves a brief questionnaire about your background, your experience, and how you see them relating to the job.

At the next stage, candidates are invited to participate in an online one-way video interview, with questions provided in advance. This step provides an opportunity to reflect and expand on areas of interest, allowing both you and Evident Change to determine whether the position is right for you. Selected candidates are then invited to participate in a panel interview (which may or may not be remote).

If you are passionate about helping to develop technology tools that aid in social services system delivery, and if our mission and values excite you, we invite you to submit an application. For best consideration, apply by August 8, 2022. If you need assistance with an accommodation due to a disability, please email HR@evidentchange.org or call (800) 306-6223.
