The Analytics Manager is responsible for extracting, manipulating, and analyzing NAHQ data, and modeling new insights for this growing, best in class, and leading-edge association. This hands-on role will partner with functional stewards, business units, and user partners to develop reporting and analytic solutions that guide strategic decision-making. This position will also support NAHQ's corporate partners by managing the collection and reporting of data describing the quality and safety competencies of healthcare workers across the continuum of care. The Analytics Manager will work closely with multiple departments and business stakeholders, requiring frequent collaboration, strong communication skills, and a customer service mindset.
