Our ideal candidate is a great relationship builder and problem solver with a natural inclination for supporting and coordinating people and places in a dynamic business. This individual will report to our HR/Payroll/Operations Manager within our People & Performance department. This part-time in-office position is based at our headquarters located in Coconut Creek, Florida.

As an Administrative Assistant, Youll Work On:

  • Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors.
  • Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
  • Schedules interviews and Onboarding Training session.
  • Maintains office/breakroom supplies and coordinates office repairs as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and responsiveness.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Can do mindset and proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Administrative training required.
  • Two years of administrative assistant experience preferred.
